These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Flash ("Flash," the "App," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, creating an account for, or using Flash, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Flash is a language-learning application designed to help users practice and retain language knowledge through short, interactive learning experiences.
Flash may include features such as:
Flash may add, modify, suspend, or remove features over time.
You must be at least 13 years old to create a Flash account.
If applicable law requires a higher minimum age for you to enter into these Terms or use certain online services, that higher minimum age applies.

You may delete your account using the account-deletion functionality provided within Flash or through another deletion method we make available.
Flash offers free access to core functionality.
Flash may offer paid subscription access.

Any additional premium benefits will be described in the App or through the applicable platform store before purchase. We do not guarantee that every future feature will be included in every subscription tier.
Subscriptions are processed through the applicable platform store and may use third-party subscription-management services such as RevenueCat. Flash does not directly store your complete payment-card details.
The free version of Flash may display advertising through third-party advertising providers such as Google AdMob. Advertising availability and treatment may depend on factors including region, consent choices, device settings, platform requirements, applicable law, and Flash configuration.
Premium users may receive an advertisement-free experience while the applicable premium entitlement remains active.
You agree NOT to:
Flash software, design, branding, learning content, databases, interfaces, graphics, systems, and related materials are owned by us or used under appropriate rights or licenses.
You retain any rights you have in custom vocabulary collections or other content you create through Flash.
Flash relies on third-party platforms and services including Google, Firebase, Google Sign-In, Google AdMob, Google Play, RevenueCat, and other infrastructure providers. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Flash is intended to assist with language learning and practice. We do not guarantee a particular level of language proficiency, specific learning speed, exam or academic results, employment outcomes, or any particular learning result or improvement.
Flash is provided on an "as available" basis. We may add or remove features, modify functionality, change learning systems, update or remove content, perform maintenance, temporarily suspend features, or discontinue portions of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flash will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of the App. Where applicable law permits contractual limitation of liability, our total liability relating to paid Flash services will not exceed the amount you paid for Flash during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Your use of Flash is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how Flash collects, uses, stores, discloses, and deletes information.
We may update these Terms to reflect product changes, new features, changes to third-party services, security requirements, legal or regulatory requirements, or changes to how Flash operates. Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any mandatory consumer-protection rights or other rights granted to you by applicable law remain unaffected. Disputes will be handled by the courts or other competent authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
