            Summary: By using Flash, you agree to these terms. Flash is a vocabulary learning app. Free users have limited features; premium subscribers get unlimited access. Be respectful, don't abuse the service, and have fun learning!
        

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Flash Vocabulary App ("Flash," "the App," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Flash is a mobile application designed to help users learn and retain vocabulary through:

Swipe-based question and answer gameplay
Spaced repetition learning algorithms
Progress tracking and statistics
Personal vocabulary collections
Multiple game modes (Tutorial, Casual, Competitive)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may use Flash as a guest with limited features, or create an account for full functionality including cloud sync and progress persistence.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
You may not share your account credentials with others

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

Flash offers a free tier with:

Limited daily sessions
Basic features
Advertisement-supported experience

4.2 Premium Subscription

Premium subscribers receive:

Unlimited sessions
Ad-free experience
Extended analytics (90-day history)
Additional game modes and features
Priority support

4.3 Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
Refunds are handled by the respective app store according to their policies
Prices may change with reasonable notice

4.4 Free Trials

We may offer free trials. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription. Trial eligibility is determined at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the App
Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or features
Share premium access with non-subscribers
Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Upload malicious content or spam
Interfere with the App's operation or servers

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

Flash, its design, code, vocabulary content, and all related intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any custom collections or content you create. By using the App, you grant us a license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 No Guarantee of Results

While Flash is designed to help you learn vocabulary, we cannot guarantee specific learning outcomes. Results depend on individual effort and usage.

7.2 Service Availability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7.3 Third-Party Services

Flash may integrate with third-party services (authentication providers, payment processors, ad networks). We are not responsible for their practices or policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure or user error

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flash and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
